STRETCH: $15

Then stretch class is for you, this class consists of a very

WAKE & SHAKE: $15

Do you love dancing and staying active?
Then you are in the right place. Our Wake and shake class is a mixture of dance and cardio. It's created for you to have fun while breaking a sweat. Yes that's right, I said it, you can have fun while working out. Sign up now!

 

HIIT: $15

Our HIIT class is a high-intensity interval training workout,
consisting of short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less recovery periods. We will be performing lots of body movement with very little to no weight. If you are looking for something more intense than your daily walks then this is the class for you.

MUSCLE STRENGTHENING: $15

Are you wanting to tone those muscles
up? Or maybe you want Carrie Underwood legs?

Then this is the class for you. Our muscle strengthening class focuses on creating and forming muscles. It consists of lower intensity movements with heavier weight. Let's create stronger muscles and bones together.
